Justine is a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator with over 19 years of experience (based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown), author, and speaker. She is the author of her best-selling books, Ever Upward and The Mother of Second Chances and recently gave two TEDx talks. Justine currently lives in Saint Louis with her husband, Chad, and their three dogs. She enjoys her child full life by spending time with friends and family, practicing creative self-care, laughing (many times at herself) and building butterfly gardens on her acre of land, which has made her an accidental butterfly farmer.
Justine Froelker is all about helping people step forward with courage and finding their happy. Listen and watch as we dive deeper into a conversation about mental health therapy vs. personal development (and why she retired from being a therapist in her private practice not so long ago) and what the difference each really makes. Justine also shares more of her story and struggles that have brought her to a place of reinvention. She is following her calling and showing up more aligned with her truth...who doesn't want more of THAT in their life! Well she knows how and shares some profound advice.
