People reach out to people who reach out. You can have anything you want if you just help enough other people. Who do you know in your circle of influence to reach out to and where can that lead you too?

Staying the course is about having the right attitude and being persistent. Set goals that are achievable and time bound. Use the S.M.A.R.T. goal system.

You win with both online and offline strategies. You can’t just sit behind a computer, you also need to get out there and interact with others to be successful.

Twitter is not just about money, it’s about brand recognition and getting your name out. There are a whole host of opportunities that come your way with a large Twitter following.

What does BRAVE mean?

Brave is stepping out and just taking that leap and having that faith. Walking by faith and not by the side. Saying it’s not about me – just get out there.

If you want to get started, don't spend your time doing just the research. Get started and the answers will come to you. It will not come to you if you are standing still you have to do the action.

Don't shut down when facing fear. Get Your Brave On: It's not what we can't do, it's what we can do. It's not where your tragedy is, it's where you are blessed. We all have a choice - and it's how you respond.

What are you grounded in? What's your why? When you know what's important to you, you can go forward.

What does BRAVE mean?

Brave is taking the things that are scariest, looking them in the face and moving through them. There are always obstacles in business. Do they stop you or motivate you to make you show up and be the best you can be?

When you are closed, it won’t happen. When you have an open mind to what can happen, you will win. The only part of failure is not trying something that can make you more successful. I failed is more powerful than “What if”

A big part of being an entrepreneur is not being desperate. When you force your business to grow too fast, you will kill it.  You will make decisions not right for the brand. Take your time, start slow and price your items for growth.

Tell people your story. People want to connect with the person who they buy from – communique who you are. Your brand is who you are; no one can replicate it – you are unique.

What does BRAVE mean?

Brave is being authentic. Show up and let people know who you are. Share that part of your story that is not so pretty. People know when something is genuine as opposed to being sold.
