Afrin, and her husband, founded Red Elephant, as an event planning company with a focus on grand, mostly Indian weddings. But it wasn't much of a challenge. Worse, there seemed an apathy amongst women to realize the impact of this on their future, and confusion about how to change the situation.

It was in 2015 that I made the brave choice to launch my own podcast. I love how each week entrepreneurs come on the show and share with you their brilliance of what it takes to stay in the game. Even though we don’t know how life is going to unfold, we take the leap of faith and create something magical.

For me, what I have gained since starting the show, is an increase in rapidness of making brave decisions. Many of my listeners have shared with me that by listening to the show each week, they have grown in their confidence and  commitment to either starting a new business or going ahead and growing their business to new levels.
