Show Highlights – Gene’s advice to you
- A lot of people are not willing to marshal their bravery to go after what they want as they are complacent. If you are just going along but want something else and not willing to give up what you have, it is because you don’t have the bravery to do it.
- Not sure what path to take, be CALM – Clarify vision, Access the opportunities (instead of doing what used to doing, what other options are available), Launch into action, Measure success so know on track.
- A lot of times people don’t think big enough. They got caught up in what they think is attainable because they have a belief structure and comfort zone that does not allow them to see bigger. Go for bigger and not just what is possible. Spend a little more time looking at possibility; it allows you to structure the next steps.
