Afrin, and her husband, founded Red Elephant, as an event planning company with a focus on grand, mostly Indian weddings. But it wasn't much of a challenge. They wanted to take their gift for putting on amazing events, and use it to make the world a better place. They strongly held the belief that entrepreneurs make the biggest social impact on the planet.
So they decided that the best way for them to make a large social impact was to empower entrepreneurs through the power of live events and speaking, so that they could go and create social change on an even larger scale within their communities.
