Franka has been a User Experience Designer for more than 20 years. She began her career testing user interfaces for Compaq Computer Corporation in the early 90’s prior to the Dotcom boom and even before Internet Explorer and Google. A part of an innovative group at Compaq, American General and Pason Systems and has tested and influenced the interface design of workstations, laptops, hand held devices, voice recognition software, rig displays, numerous software products, websites, and mobile products. Her passion is making Web interfaces easier to use and creating exceptional customer experiences. Franka wants her clients to understand the role of user centered design in creating online experiences which surprise and delight.
