Terry Suffredini, PE, is The Engineer’s Coach. After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas - Austin, she spent more than two decades working in the environmental field. She later transitioned into process design and then into project management, where she works mainly with large ($350MM+) midstream oil and gas EPC projects. While currently employed by S&B Engineers and Constructors, Ltd. In Houston, Terry is also a certified Life and Career Coach. It is her mission to use her extensive experience and demonstrated abilities to help fellow engineers excel both personally and professionally.
