Kim Flynn is a bestselling author of Playing BIG and the CEO and founder of E Simplified, a training company for entrepreneurs and small business owners. E Simplified hosts over 100 Business Intensive Retreats each year in their Provo and Phoenix event centers. She trains small business owners in systems & operations, offering nuts & bolts training at workshops and retreats.
Kim started her first business when she was 23 years old. She grew that business to employ over 30 people while working only 3-5 hours per week. She went on to build, systematize, and automate three businesses which she sold in 2009. She is now the founder of nine businesses, ranging from property management to ecommerce.
Kim is a frequently interviewed as an expert on small business topics, and has been featured on national television and radio shows such as Forbes and Fox Business News. She is the recipient of two Stevie Awards, Woman Entrepreneur of the Year, and Women’s Workplace of the Year.
